  • Campbelltown—we’re back for our second year, and the Easter Fair is set to be bigger and better than ever! 🐰🎪
    We’re now taking vendor applications for one of the region’s most exciting Easter weekend events.

    This year’s Fair will feature:
    🍔 Food Trucks & Market Eats
    🍰 Dessert Vendors
    🛍️ Unique Retail & Artisan Stalls
    🎡 Rides for both big and small
    🎤 A wide range of entertainment across the weekend
    🐣 Easter Egg Hunt — a huge family favourite
    🎟️ Raffles & Giveaways
    🎬 Outdoor Movies to keep the Easter vibes going into the evening

    If you want great crowds, strong sales potential, and a vibrant Easter atmosphere, this is the event to be part of.

    Face Painter
    $1,000 (4 days)
    $350 (1 day)

    Power
    $100 (4 days) per outlet required
    $50 (1 day) per outlet required


    Additional Information
    Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice to confirm your position.
    Change of mind warrants a full cancellation fee.
    Cap of 2 vendors per category (unless otherwise discussed).

  • Cancellation and Payment Policy

    By applying for a Street Feast event, you agree to the following:

    1. Payment Options
    All payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice to secure your position.
    No payment on the day is accepted, and no positions are held without payment.

    2. Vendor Caps
    All categories are capped at 2 vendors per food/product line.

    3. Cancellation
    A 30-day policy applies.
    Change of Mind = Full site fee due as a cancellation fee.
    Cancellations 30+ days before the event = no fee.
    Cancellations within 30 days = full site fee due as a cancellation fee.
    All fees are non-refundable.

    4. Non-Payment
    Fees not paid by event date become cancellation fees, payable in full.
    Legal action may be taken to recover outstanding amounts.

    5. Agreement
    Submission of application confirms you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
