To be considered a vendor, full payment and registration must be received before January 15, 2026. Early registration advised.
Refund Policy: Refunds requested prior to January 15 at 4:00 p.m. will be subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after this date and time.
Payment for Muskoka Wedding Show registration can be via Credit Card or E-Transfer. Staff will contact you to confirm you space and collect payment information within 48 hours of receipt of form.
Vendor to provide their own tables, tablecloths, skirting, extension cords, power bars, all décor, signage, etc. NOTE: electrical outlets is limited.
MDC will provide 2 chairs per booth if requested.
Due to high demand for vendor space, MDC staff will determine most appropriate mix of exhibitors deemed of most interest and benefit to our visitors.
Booths will be placed throughout the building based on when application is received and type of craft or service offered.
Booths must be staffed at all times during the event.
Booth take down between 5:00pm to 7:00pm February 7th. All decor must be removed by end of day.
