How do I access my GEDCOM?

Most software programs work like this:
1. Go to your Account Settings.
2. Find your Family Tree.
3. Export your Tree to your computer.

Note: Do NOT click on or open your .ged or .zip file before you upload it to us as this could compromise links to sources.

What kind of file can I upload?

Click the button below to upload either a .ged or .zip file up to 50MB. If your file is bigger than 50MB, please contact us and we'll find an alternative solution.

Please indicate you understand that the GEDCOM provided to CCC will be used to help resolve eligible cases for Law Enforcement investigations. You may, at any time, send a request to CCC to delete your GEDCOM by emailing us directly at info@coldcasehelp.com. CCC maintains all GEDCOMs in secure storage that are only accessible to authorized members of CCC and our approved partners. Even with CCC’s best efforts, there is always the risk of a data breach in which your data may be accessed and shared without your permission. By uploading you accept this risk.
