Option 1: Please create the buyer document package on my behalf. Please note: The documents will be sent first to the Lead Agent for review and signature, then routed to the Co-Agent. Once all Agents have signed, the documents will automatically route to Buyer #1 for their signatures and then pass to Buyer #2.
