2026: G.USA Olympics Uniform/Costume Order form

Important!
Be sure to read the description of your child's uniform below so that you are properly prepared for the G.USA Olympics! Also understand that uniform orders must all be in by Saturday, February 7th.

If you are unsure of your child's size, stop by the front desk to try on one of the sizers.

RECALL: If you are in any of the below programs you are automatically enrolled into the G.USA Olympics. You will be charged on 2/09/2026, 3/09/2026, and 4/06/2026 for your tuition PLUS the Olympics. Visit https://www.gymnasticsusa.us/olympics for more infotmation.

Female Ribbon Club Gymnast(3-4 y/o's) & Tumblers (5-12 y/o's):
These young athletes will wear this year's custom Ribbon Club leotard which you may purchase through this form. No other pieces are required for this uniform, the leotard will come with a hair scrunchie.

Male Ribbon Club Gymnast(3-4 y/o's) & Tumblers (5-12 y/o's):
These young athletes will wear this year's Ribbon Club shirt. We ask that these young gymnasts wear black shorts with a shirt.

Advanced Preschool Gymnast (3-4 y/o's):
These athletes will wear this year's custom Red-White-Blue leotard. No other pieces are required for this uniform, the leotard will come with a hair scrunchie. The scrunchie is color-coded by level, all Advanced Preschool Gymnasts are at the beginner level.

Male Adv. Preschool Gymnast (3-4 y/o's):
These athletes will wear this year's custom Red-White-Blue shirt. We ask that these gymnasts wear black shorts with a shirt.

Female RWB & SNP Gymnast (5-12 y/o's)
These athletes will wear this year's custom Red-White-Blue leotard. No other pieces are required for this uniform, the leotard will come with a hair scrunchie. The uniform is color-coded by level.

Male RWB & SNP Gymnast (5-12 y/o's)
These athletes will wear this year's custom Red-White-Blue shirt. We ask that these gymnasts wear black shorts with a shirt. The uniform is color-coded by level.

Female Climbers Acrobat:
These performers will wear this year's custom Climbers leotard. We ask that the female performers wear black leggings with the leotard.

Male Climbers Acrobat:
These performers will wear this year's custom Climbers shirt. We ask that the male performers wear tightly fitted black pants or leggings with the compression shirt.

Ninja Kidz:
Ninja Kidz will receive a new Ninja Kidz sleeveless shirt. Please have the Ninjas wear black pants or shorts with their new Ninja shirt and the wrist bands according to their level (wristbands should already be in your possession but can be purchased at the G.USA Shop in the lobby).
