1. Below, select pay by check or credit card
2. Choose your exhibit and sponsorship options
3. Enter Credit Card info and submit form
NOTE:
1) When credit card is selected as payment type, your card will be charged within one day of submission if there are no further questions from CDS about your purchase.
2) When check payment is selected, you still need to enter a credit card number to submit the form, however the card will not be charged. Your card will be used as a hold until the check is received.
3) You must be exhibitng to participate in the sponsorship options
* Credit Card payments will be charged a 3% service fee. If fees are paid by check the service fee is waived.
