IMPORTANT: Please note that St. Martin's children and youth registrations are paid by the Clark fund; however, cancellations falling within the 10-day timeframe will be owed by the registrant.

St. Martin's will collect full payment for each registration and will then pay Kanuga in full.

Kanuga cancellation policy: When you submit this form, please understand that you and your party will be included in the St. Martin’s attendance numbers for the weekend. If you cancel on or after Tuesday, January 13, 2026, then you will owe one night's stay for each registrant canceled. Important: Please note that child/youth reservations are paid by the church; however, cancellations falling within this timeframe will be owed by the registrant.
