Leadership & Enrichment Facilitator – Job Description

The Leadership & Enrichment Facilitator supports the mission of BFAYLA by leading engaging, faith-centered enrichment sessions that help girls grow academically, socially, spiritually, and creatively. Facilitators design and deliver hands-on lessons, workshops, and activities in their area of expertise—such as leadership development, communication skills, etiquette, arts, STEM, health, wellness, or other enrichment topics. They serve as positive role models who foster confidence, character, and Christian values in every interaction.
