Please complete this form to enroll your child(ren) at St. John's Lutheran School for the 2026/2027 school year. The form is designed to collect all necessary information for both new and returning families, including student details, enrollment options, and required policy acknowledgments. Enrollment Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - cash or check payable to St. John's Lutheran School. Credit Card payments are accepted but include a Service Fee of 3% charged by Elavon for this convenience. STUDENTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED ENROLLED UNTIL FEES ARE RECEIVED, FORM IS REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY ADMINISTRATORS. An email will be sent to confirm enrollment.

St. John's Lutheran School's preschool program is held in a school environment which allows our preschoolers to develop skills that lead to Kindergarten readiness, not only in reading and writing, but also in school behavior. We ask a lot of our youngest students, especially in the area of toilet independence. St. John's preschool program is not a daycare and because of that by law we have to enforce strict toileting policies. Every child is unique and develops at a different rate and that is wonderful, and because of this if your child is not ready for our preschool program this year (that is totally ok!) we would love to have them join us next year when they are ready. We want all of our students to love the Lord and love school!

Pay in Full - Due August 1, 2026Blackbaud Tuition Management System - 10 monthly payments if set up by 7/1/2026. A fee of $56 service fee (collected by Blackbaud) will be charged with your first auto-debit.

Before and After Care Payment Policy

Before Care hours are Monday through Friday on school days from 7:00 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. After School hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. on fulldays when school is in session.

Parents are required to register their child(ren) prior to using either program. There is a $25 registration fee. Billing is done once a month for the time you have used it and payment is due when the invoice is received.

Before Care is *** per student per day flat fee.
After Care is *** per hour per student, charged by the quarter hour. The rate for the first 15 minutes after 6 p.m. $1.00 per minute.
