2026 Annual Meeting Application for Financial Support (Travel Grant)

Application for Need-Based Travel Grant
Thanks to generous contributions, NCME is making available a limited number of $1,000 travel grants to support member participation at the 2026 Annual Meeting in Los Angeles. The grants are specifically intended to support members who have acute financial needs, including those who have lost travel support due to changes in federal funding for education research and consequent changes in employment or employer travel policies. At this time, applicants will only be considered if they are current members with presenting roles at the conference

If awarded a travel grant, an individual will have expenses reimbursed after the event, upon submission of a travel expense reimbursement form with appropriate documentation of receipts. These grants are not cash awards and expenses must be paid by the individual to be eligible for reimbursement. Eligible expenses include conference registration and customary travel expenses such as air and ground transportation, lodging, and meals. Please note that conference registration is required.

Applications will be accepted through Saturday, January 31. Upon review, applicants will be notified of their funding status by February 13th. Please email ncme@ncme.org with any questions.
