Expression of Interest/Wait List FORM 2026

This Form is for all parents who have a child entering the Full Day Kindergarten Program at Runnymede Public School (RPS) in Sept. 2026, to express interest to Runnymede Adventure Club (RAC) that you are interested in having your child/ren take part in the Before and After school program every day. Childcare will be available from 7:30am to 8:50am and from 3:05pm to 6:00pm on school/instructional days and from 8:00am - 5:00pm on non-school days, ie. PA days. The summer program also operates from 8:00am -5:00pm.

By completing this Form, you are indicating to us that you would like to enroll your child/ren in this program, when we have available space. Since RAC has enrolled in the government program of Canada Wide Early Learning and Childcare (CWELCC), the fees for 2026 for the 12-month JK program are currently: $316.57 per instructional month (10-month school year) and $472.50 each month of July and August. As soon as RAC has confirmation of the number of available spaces we can offer, we will hold a lottery (starting May 4th/26), and will contact you using the information that you provide below. At the time of our call, we require parents to pre-pay your child's first month of fees to hold your child/ren's space for Summer/Sept. 2026.

Please note: In the past 12 years of this program, RAC has NOT been able to offer a space to everyone who is interested. Therefore, we will be creating a waitlist from the responses that this Form generates, as JK is our primary point of entry. Our current policy states that if your child has a space in RAC's JK/SK program, this will also give him/her/them a space into our School Age (Gr. 1+) Before & After program.

IMPORTANT: This Form will also serve as a Wait List Form for RAC's JK/SK Program if your child's Form is not pulled in the 2025 Lottery. IF you filled out the 2025 Form for JK/SK, no need to duplicate and fill out this Form. We will notify you by the phone number listed on the Form you submitted, if your child/ren's name has been drawn.
