      Application Deadline:  March 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM

       

      The Atlanta REALTORS® Association offers up to ten (10) $1,000 non-renewable scholarships each year to support graduating Georgia high school seniors and current undergraduate or vocational students who are Georgia residents.

      Selection Criteria

      Scholarship recipients are selected based on:

      • Written essay
      • Extracurricular Activities
      • Community Involvement
      • GPA
      • Two Letters of Recommendation


      Eligibility Requirements

      To qualify, applicants must:

      • Be an immediate family member (including biological children, adopted children, stepchildren, grandchildren, or those under legal guardianship) of an Atlanta REALTORS® Association REALTOR® member.
      • Be a Georgia resident (even if attending school out of state).
      • Be a graduating high school senior OR an undergraduate/vocational student enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution.
      • Have applied, been accepted, or currently be enrolled in:
        • A college or university (Associate or Bachelor’s degree program), or
        • A vocational/technical school offering a certificate program.
      • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0).


      Required Application Materials

      All applicants must submit online only by March 15, 2025:

      1. Completed online application
      2. Transcript showing GPA
      3. Two recommendation letters
        • One from a school representative
        • One from someone outside school (not a family member)
      4. Essay (200 words or fewer):
        • “How would receiving this scholarship impact you personally?”


      Additional Information

      • Applicants must show evidence of leadership, extracurricular involvement, and/or community service.
      • Interviews may be required for final consideration.
      • Scholarships may be used for tuition, fees, books, and room and board only.
      • Applicants cannot be receiving a scholarship from another REALTOR® association.
      • Applicants may receive this scholarship no more than two times.
      • By applying, applicants grant ARA permission to use their photo/image if selected.
