2026 Volunteer Fair Booth Registration

Register to host a booth at the upcoming volunteer fair. Please provide your contact and organization information below to secure your spot.
SCAF is hosting the third annual Volunteer Fair for Stanwood-Camano!

This event is Saturday, February 14, 10:00 AM-1:00 PM, in the Stanwood Cinemas Pavilion: 6996 265th St NW, Stanwood, WA 98292.

This year, there will be a FREE movie shown at 10:30 AM to encourage families to attend, the concession stand will also be open for purchase. SCAF will not provide any refreshments this year.

Booths are available to all nonprofits/service organizations/government agencies that provide services to the Stanwood-Camano area and utilize volunteers.

Booth Registration Cost:
$25 Non-Members
$15 Members

SCAF will provide advertising/marketing and the rental of the event space.

Participants will need to provide a 6ft table and up to 2 chairs.

Set up begins at 8:30 AM, booth must be ready by 9:45 AM. Take down must be completed by 2 PM.

Please have the following available at your booth:
- Literature about your organization & volunteer/membership opportunities
- Applications & job descriptions for volunteers and/or board member positions, if applicable
- Small giveaway items
- Sign-up Sheet for people visiting your booth
- A smiling face ready to network with people!

- I understand Volunteer Fair booths are limited and that registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. I will receive an approval email for my registration.
- My organization serves the Stanwood-Camano community.
- I will receive an invoice for my organization’s registration fee after approval.
- I will notify Emily at office@s-caf.org if my organization is no longer able to participate or if the contact person/booth representative changes.
- Registration fees are non-refundable after February 1.
