    Completion of this application does not guarantee approval. Reservations are subject to staff review, facility availability, payment of all applicable fees, and compliance with City policies.

    One (1) Police Officer is required for every one hundred people in attendance. The rate is $50.00 per officer per hour.

    Private BYOB Event

    Guests will bring their own alcoholic beverages. The City will not provide, furnish, sell, or distribute alcohol.

    A Private BYOB Event is a private, invitation-only gathering where guests bring and consume their own alcoholic beverages. Alcohol may not be sold, furnished by the City, included with admission, or otherwise distributed in violation of applicable law.

     

    Licensed Alcohol Event

    Alcohol will be sold, served, distributed, or otherwise require a temporary alcoholic beverages license or permit.
