    Thank you for choosing KWJ Financial Services to assist you in improving your credit profile and overall financial position. Credit restoration can be a detailed and sometimes complex process. Our goal is to ensure you understand exactly what we do, what we do not do, and what your rights are under federal and state law.

    Please review this agreement carefully. After reading, sign and return the agreement along with any required documents to begin services.

    You agree to provide all correspondence, updated reports, and any notices you receive from the credit bureaus during your engagement with us. This information is necessary to continue your dispute process and maintain accurate documentation.

    We look forward to partnering with you as you work toward stronger credit health and long-term financial stability.


    Scope of Services Provided
    By enrolling in KWJ Credit Services, the Client understands and agrees that the service includes:

    ✔ One Round of Targeted Credit Disputes
    KWJ will prepare and send written dispute letters to the major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) addressing inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or incomplete information on your credit reports.

    ✔ Full Credit Review & Consultation
    A one-on-one consultation to identify key issues, risk factors, and opportunities for improvement on your credit profile.

    ✔ Personalized Credit Improvement Plan
    A strategic action plan tailored to help you rebuild credit, add positive tradelines, and strengthen your credit mix over time.

    ✔ 90-Day Dispute Timeline
    Most reinvestigations take 30–45 days. Timelines may vary depending on bureau workload and response speed.


    Important Disclosures (Required by Law)

    KWJ Financial Services does not guarantee the removal, deletion, or correction of any specific item. Results depend on bureau responses and the documentation you provide.

    You must provide:

    Accurate personal information
    Active 3-bureau credit monitoring
    All bureau responses & letters
    Supporting documentation when requested
    Failure to provide required documents may delay or pause your case.

    ⚠ No Legal Services
    KWJ is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice. If legal assistance becomes necessary, you may need to consult an attorney.

    ⚠ No Refunds
    Once your file is analyzed and dispute work begins, the service is considered rendered and payments are non-refundable per industry compliance standards.

     
  • You understand that we do not keep copies of all of the paperwork you forward to us. Due to confidentiality and security reasons, a very limited amount of information is kept in your physical file. All other paperwork is shredded. It is your responsibility to keep copies of any paperwork that you may want to reference at a later date.
  • You understand that you should not send original court documents or collection notices to us. Only send copies of documents that will support your case (i.e. proof of payment, court dismissal documents, etc.). We are not acting as your legal guardian in any way and it is your responsibility to seek outside legal assistance if the need ever arises for an Attorney needed to protect your rights.

    Below is the required notice under the Federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Texas Credit Services Organizations Act (TCSOA)
  • SEC. 405. DISCLOSURES

  • (a) Disclosure Required. Any credit repair organization shall provide any consumer with the following written statement before any contract or agreement between the consumer and the credit repair organization is executed:

  • Consumer Credit File Rights under State and Federal Law

  • You have the right to dispute inaccurate information with the credit bureau at no cost.
    The credit bureau must investigate and respond within the legally required time frame.

    You have the right to request a free credit report if you:

    Are unemployed and plan to seek employment within 60 days
    Receive public assistance
    Have been denied credit, insurance, or housing within the last 60 days
    Believe you are a victim of identity theft or fraud
    Neither KWJ Financial Services nor any other credit repair company can:

    Remove accurate and verifiable information
    Guarantee credit score increases
    Create a new identity or file
    You have the right to sue any credit repair organization that violates CROA.

  • 2. You agree not to send original court documents, judgments, or collection notices. Only send copies of supporting documents such as: -Payment receipts -Court dismissal papers -Identity theft affidavits -Police reports. Do you understand?
  • By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Credit Services Agreement.

  • This Privacy Notice explains how KWJ Financial Services collects, uses, protects, and secures your non-public personal information. It also describes how you may limit certain types of information sharing.

    Our privacy practices apply to current and former clients who do business with KWJ Financial Services. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of your personal information.

    KWJ Financial Services may collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:

    a. Information you provide on your application, intake forms, documents, or through other communications with KWJ Financial Services.

    b. Information received from the credit bureaus, including credit reports and investigation updates.

    c. Information received from affiliates, partners, or third parties, such as identity verification services, credit monitoring providers, or compliance platforms you authorize us to access.


    2. Information We Share
    KWJ Financial Services does not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law, or with your written authorization.

    Permitted disclosures include:

    To credit bureaus when submitting disputes on your behalf
    To service partners assisting with your credit file
    To comply with court orders, subpoenas, or regulatory requirements
    To protect against fraud or unauthorized transactions
    We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.


    3. How We Protect Your Information
    To protect your non-public personal information, KWJ Financial Services maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations. These measures include:

    Access-restricted client files
    Encrypted communication tools when applicable
    Employee and contractor confidentiality requirements
