      Maximize air quality and efficiency in your home with our comprehensive maintenance program. We will clean the coils, inspect tubing and supply lines, check the condensate drain, inspect and test thermostat functions, inspect and clean the insulation.

      Have us clean out your dryer duct to ensure maximum energy efficiency, reduce electricity costs and minimize the risk of fire. Dirty, clogged ducts will greatly increase drying time and can lead to premature failure of your dryer.

      Cleaning the washoom vent eliminates hazardous growth of fungus and mould. The accumulation of moisture in your bathroom vents contributes to odours and the growth of bacteria. If your bathroom vent is dirty, it won’t effectively remove moisture. Additionally, dirty washroom vent fans lead to premature fan motor failures.
