To help make the claim process as smooth as possible, please take a moment to review how it works:
Stage 1 | Claim Submission
You submit your warranty or premature breakage claim along with the required details.
Enter a separate claim per invoice number.
Stage 2 | Claim Pre-Qualification (1–3 business days)
Our Warranty Team reviews your claim.
- If all required information is complete and the basic criteria are met, your claim will move forward for physical review.
- Missing or incomplete details may cause delays.
- You will receive instructions on how to return your damaged footwear. Please note that Mintech does not typically arrange pickup for damaged items.
- If your preferred replacement model is in stock, we will temporarily reserve it for you for 5 business days.
Stage 3 | Physical Review
After we receive your footwear, our Warranty Team conducts a full inspection.
- If your claim qualifies under warranty, a Warranty Credit Memo will be issued and forwarded to our Accounts Department for processing.
- For Premature Breakage claims, the necessary documentation and applicable discounts will be reviewed and approved by the Accounts Department.
Stage 4 | Remedies
- Refunds (full or partial) are available only for claims submitted within 20 calendar days of purchase.
- Replacement models and sizes depend on current stock availability. In some cases, warranty replacements may be placed on back-order.
