Thank you for your interest in participating in Bow Valley Boot Stomp Country Music Festival! We encourage you to read through this information and submit your interest by February 28th, 2026.
Space is limited, and filling out an application does not guarantee participation. If you are selected as one of the food vendors, you will receive an invoice and agreement the first week of March.

Serving Hours
Vendors are expected to be open, staffed and ready for business while the gates are open. No early take downs will be permitted - once the truck is parked, it's there for the weekend. You are permitted to have a runner vehicle that will help to restock over the weekend to ensure you are able to operate the whole time. Closing early is not permitted and if your stand is found un-staffed before 10:30pm, it will be grounds for dismissal.
Friday - 5pm - 10:30pm + after party until 2am if you choose
Saturday - 3pm - 10:30pm + after party until 2am if you choose
Location Responsibility
Food trucks/vendors must be self sufficient & plan to bring their own generators if required. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your vending location during the festival and following the end of the festival.
Alcohol
Vendors are not allowed to sell or consume alcoholic beverages while "on the clock." NO alcohol is permitted at vending site at any time.
Vendor Fees
$650 for the weekend
This fee includes your vending space, grey water removal and overnight power for your vending unit. (Maximum of 50AMPS) Additional power can be negotiated.
Registration includes 4 vendor passes + 2 parking lot pass to the festival - additional passes may be purchased at a discounted rate.
Vendors must be present for grey water removal. BVBS staff will give vendors sufficient notice of when this is happening.
