ENROLMENT OPTIONS

BY TERM with fees paid upfront at the start of every TermCASUAL at $35 per class & book my class each week. I understand that by registering as Casual, classes must be booked no later than 24 hours before the class start time. I understand that without pre-booking my class, a casual spot may not be available on my chosen date.

* Discount will NOT be granted without a completed enrolment form AND payment. Offer only valid for enrolment & payment received PRIOR to 12th December 2025.

* Discount only valid to 'By Term' payers when enrolling for Term 1 ONLY. The 10% discount will be applied to Term fees before Membership & BAND optional services)

* Unpaid Term fees on 12th December 2025 will revert to standard pricing.

* Priority Enrolment Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

PHOTO AND INJURY CLAUSE

DANCE1 may capture photographs, video footage, or other images during dance classes, performances, and related events. These images may be used for promotional purposes on the DANCE1 social media, the DANCE1 website, and in other digital or print marketing materials directly relating to DANCE1. I DO understand the risk associated with undertaking dance as a physical activity. I acknowledge that on the rare occasion ,accidents may occur through no fault of DANCE1 or its instructors. In this instance, I release DANCE1 and its instructors of any and all injuries & damage incurred by my participation.

I DO understand that in the event of a forced shut down, DANCE1 will be unable to provide refunds or credits for classes missed or enrolments cancelled as a result. DANCE1 will revert to online classes for the duration of ANY forced shut down.
