You agree to use the equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose and confirm that you are physically capable of operating it safely. If you accept insurance coverage, damage, loss, or theft of the equipment may be covered according to the policy terms provided during checkout. If you decline insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, misuse, or destruction of the equipment while it is in your possession, including associated repair, replacement, and recovery costs. You agree to return the equipment on time and in the same condition it was provided, excluding reasonable wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive damage, or unauthorized modifications. KSL Rentals and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions or safety guidelines. You confirm that the information you provided is accurate and that you are legally authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the end user. You authorize KSL Rentals to charge or debit your provided payment method for applicable rental fees, deposits, late fees, repair or replacement costs tax and any other charges incurred under this agreement.
