(Specific to the 2025 “12 Days of Christmas Giveaways” competition. This promotion is conducted by Busselton Central Shopping Centre (“the Promoter”).
- Entries Open on 28 November 2025 @ 12:01am and close on 24 December 2025 @ 12:00pm.
- One entry per receipt, with a minimum $50 spent per store/venue.
- Multiple entries are permitted with separate receipts, only considered with seperate entry forms.
- Purchases must be made between 28 November and 24 December 2025 at any Busselton Central retailers.
- Receipts must clearly display store name, purchase date, and amount spent.
- Winners will be drawn at random and contacted by email or phone within 24-48 hours of each draw.
- Prizes must be collected or claimed within 21 days of notification.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or fails to collect their prize, a redraw may occur at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Entry name must match a valid Photo ID, and be presented to claim your prize.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (if necessary due to any unforseen circumstances).
- The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry submissions or prize notifications.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent information.
- By entering, participants consent to their name being used by Busselton Central for winner announcements and promotional purposes related to this competition.
