    Calling all pre loved fashion, accessories, kids and menswear resellers - turn your closet into cash!

    The aim of this Market is to prove fashion is stylish AND sustainable whilst also being environmentally conscious and supporting a circular economy.

    Held the second Saturday every month at Blackheath Scout Hall, 2 Park Lane Blackheath, 9am - 1pm. (Bump in from 7.45am, pack down after 1pm)

     It is a fun jam packed day with a coffee cart, live music, tarot readings, BBQ and racks of pre loved clothing to devour - dont' miss out, spaces are limited!

    INDOOR FASHION MARKET STALL FEE

    One rack, or one table $45

    Each stall is 2m in length to fit one rack or one table only. Rack or table must be supplied by the Stallholder, rummage boxes are welcome to sit under rack or table.

     

    OUTDOOR JUMBLE SALE STALL FEE

    $55

    Each outdoor stall is 3m x 3m, BYO tables and gazebo shelter (optional) 

     

    INDOOR FASHION STALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

     

    1. Double stalls are available, please select two spots when booking, this will be calculated as double the fee ($90)

    2. Stalls are 2m in length to fit one rack or one table

    3. You can only have one rack or one table per booking

    4. You are responsible for your own sales and payment collection/EFTPOS

    5. Cothing, shoes and accessories only. Mens and childrenswear welcome.

    6. This is an indoor Market and will proceed in all weather conditions, refunds are not provided for bad weather

    7. Fast fashion is discouraged (brands such as Kmart, Anko, Big W, Shein etc..) If you have these items they can be placed in a rummage box under your rack and must not be priced higher than $5)

    8. All your rubbish and items must be removed from the site at the end of the Market

    9. Be sustainable! Lets limit use of plastics and recycle wherever possible (think price tags using recycled materials and reused shopping bags)

    10. One Rack is not responsible for loss or damage to your stuff

     

    OUTDOOR JUMBLE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

     

    1. Stalls are 3m x 3m only

    2. You must supply your own tables and gazebo (optional) If uasing a gazebo it is your responsibilty to ensure it is adequately secured to prevent injury (Blackheath can get very gusty!)

    3. You are responsible for your own sales and payment collection/EFTPOS

    4. Pre loved items only - no imported, counterfeit or illegal offensive goods, live animals, weapons or food and drink.

    5. This Market is for secondhand household items such as homewares, kitchenalia, collectables, furniture and vintage/retro type items. Commercial items/new stock trading, or arts and craft/handmade items is not permitted.

    6. This is an outdoor Market stall space and will proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by One Rack, refunds are not provided for bad weather

  • The following questions are for One Rack Pre Loved Fashion Market applicants, if booking a Jumble Sale spot mark each box with NA

  • Do you give permission for your images to be shared for the purpose of event advertising
  • I understand that I am to supply my own Rack or table (Jumble Sale applicants tables and gazebo/shelter)*
  • I confirm that my items are pre loved / previously purchased items and not a business stall of a business nature*
  • I understand that my Stall space must no exceed 2m x 1m (3m x 3m if a Jumble Sale applicant)*
  • I understand that One Rack will not issue stall credits or refunds if I cancel my booking within two weeks of the event date*
  • I understand that if I cancel with more than two weeks notice I will be refunded minus a $10 admin fee*
  • I understand that this is an application to book a stall and partake in this Market, by selecting yes I am confirming my application*

    I certify that I have read, understood and agree to abide by the One Rack terms and conditions as outlined above. I understand that if I, or any of my helpers, do not comply with the terms and conditions, I may be asked to leave the Market site, or be liable for any resulting damage to equipment, the venue or people. I agree to comply with the management directives.
