Training Fees may be paid on a termly basis. Current rates are listed on the EVH website. There is a 50% reduction for second and subsequent siblings who are a member.

Membership Rules

Please note £23 of your fee (for competing members over 10) is sent direct to England Athletics who will send you an URN. The URN number will be required to enter events in 2026. “When you become a member of/or renew your membership with Erme Valley Harriers you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your myAthletics portal (which, among other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org.”
Membership is available to anyone 8 years of age or older subject to approval by the committee.

I understand that they must abide by the rules of the club and conform to the conditions for amateur status as stated in the constitution, which is available on the club’s website.

I understand that they train or compete with the club at their own risk.

I agree to their details being supplied to England Athletics (subject to Data protection issues being maintained) see membership rules above.

I agree that the named athlete will only attend training sessions or events if they are fit to do so and have no illnesses that may be transmissable.
