This form is a mandatory step before your consultation can proceed. We work with a small number of clients at any one time and require a clear understanding of your position before committing time and resources. This is a legal requirement and it is information that all Buyer's Agents must obtain to comply with the AML Laws that have come into effect from the 1st July 2026.
Why this is required:
- To meet our regulatory and record-keeping obligations (as stipulated by the federal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) Act 2006 and monitored by the Federal Government through AUSTRAC - Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre)
- To assess whether we can genuinely assist you
- To understand your financial readiness and buying position
