The MAA invites artist members to take our visitors on a journey to where the everyday meets the fantastical as they step Through the Looking Glass in our first themed exhibit of the year.

What does Through the Looking Glass mean to you? Will you use reflections, glass, light, and shadow to create optical illusions or transform familiar scenes into something strange and magical? Will you show us a brooding landscape of knarled trees and hidden dangers? Or will we discover a world of light and whimsy, of childhood memories and innocence? Or perhaps a portrait of an animal or person that exists only in your imagination?

The interpretation of the theme is yours!

Each artist is invited to enter one work of art. The exhibition will be presented in the ballroom and third floor hallway and it will be a part of a month long celebration of art culminating in the first fundraising gala we've had since before Covid on April 11th. More details to follow!

The usual take in fee of $10 applies. This will be waived for our Premier Artist Members.
