Digital strategy and innovation

Please tell us about your digital strategy and recent digital innovations that your college has undertaken. Some points you may wish to consider:

• Does your college have a defined digital strategy, and what approaches do you use to secure staff engagement and commitment?
• What recent steps have you taken to adopt technology and drive digital innovation?
• How do you currently share best practice within your college and with external partners?
• Do you have ways to measure the impact of digital initiatives on teaching, learning, and operations?

Experience and best practice
Please share at least one example of a successful digital project that you have delivered and lessons learned.

• Include evidence such as case studies, metrics, or testimonials.
• What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them?

Project commitments

Please confirm your ability to meet programme commitments. Digital Insight Hubs must deliver the following between January - June 2026.

    • Host one in-person insight day

    • Deliver one online event sharing effective practice

    • Mentor three peers from other colleges (two meetings per college)

    • Meet with AoC Digital Policy and Project Manager and other Digital Insight Hubs

    • Sharing learnings for programme improvement.

The three colleges that become pilot Digital Insight Hubs will need to sign a contract issued by AoC. Payment will be made to the college based on completion of the above activities.
