  • Commitment & Expectations

  • Board Member service is an exciting, hands-on commitment.

    Requirements include:

    • Meetings: Up to 4 conference calls, 4 quarterly meetings. (Possibly a few additional depending on need.)
    • Committee Work: Minimum of 11 monthly committee meetings (virtual or phone).
    • Time Commitment: Approximately 3-5 hours per month, including meetings.
    • Attendance: Consistent participation is expected, with a maximum of two absences annually.
    • Fundraising: Active participation in development activities, including a personally significant annual gift.
    • Term: A minimum commitment of one year.
