    As we try to consistently streamline our processes to make the reception job easier, we need your help in identifying areas to straighten up. If you make any sort of error (whether it be booking error, a financial mistake, or problems associated with handling patient information) please log it immediately so we can work on ways to improve our systems.
  • Please note:  This is not a form of disciplinary action. 

    Your information will only be accessible by the Directors (Brendon Dellar & Rachael Williams).  

    This is confidential and will be used to track where our systems can be improved.  As this is exclusively reviewed by the directors, the information remains confidential and is used to help us support you through timely and effective changes.

    If your difficulties are with other staff members and not process errors, then please contact the directors on directors@cygnetclinic.com.au so that we can meet confidentially with you to discuss and resolve problems of an interpersonal nature.
