We communicate primarily via text and email. Do you agree to receive regular updates during service days (example: We are 30 minutes away; We have arrived; job completed with picture of secured gate)?
Do you understand that all pets are REQUIRED to remain indoors and not in the service area (yard) during scheduled service dates and times? Unfortunately, we have had instances where our technicians have been bit. If a pet is present, we will not service your property and you will be charged for the visit.
While, Panhandle Pet Cleanup is based out of Gulf Breeze, FL, we do service areas outside of our primary servicing area. We do charge a small travel fee per month. This amount is added to your selected plan.
At Panhandle Pet Cleanup, all of our plans are no contract and no long-term commitment. You’re free to pause or cancel service anytime — we will invoice you monthly via email and text reminder. Payment is due on the 1st of every month.
