Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Leggett's YGB Livestock Camp during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Leggett's YGB Livestock Camp. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Leggett's YGB Livestock Camp and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Leggett's YGB Livestock Camp including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all livestock and sports activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death as well as animal injury, illness, or death.

I understand that I am paying my full tuition up front. It is non-refundable. If I cannot attend camp, these funds can be used at any two day camp within the same calendar year, but I understand and agree to a non-refundable deposit. These funds can be transferred to an immediate sibling. They cannot be sold to another camper.

I understand that by participating in the pre-sale I am forfeiting any scholarships, discounts, or sales. However, for convenience I will owe nothing at camp, except potentially a pen fee depending upon location.

I understand some camp locations may have a pen fee, or may require me to buy shavings/bedding on site. I will be notified of that before camp in the 10-day-out informational email.

I understand there are no-refunds for my tuition or deposit, regardless of loss, health, animal concerns, travel issues, or any other circumstance that would prevent me from attending camp.

I understand that some camps will offer an early arrival the night before camp to allow me to unload early, get registered the night before, and make the move in/check in process more convenient. I understand that this is an additional $25 per camper due at check in, cash only. I understand this is a convenience and not a requirement.

YGB's goal is to always serve campers and their families. I acknowledge the best way to have camp questions answered is to email YGB directly at ygblivestockcamps@gmail.com. I understand that replying to my confirmation email does not guarantee a response.

This last minute tuition’s extra cost is to cover the ever raising prices of flights. This will not reflect future YGB pricing! Please understand this does not include the $10 stall fee per camper or the $25 early arrival if you choose to come in on Thursday Night.
