Thank you for your interest in the Novya Leadership Lab. Use this form to register for our 3-day executive retreat, 18–20 November 2026, at Drongen Abbey near Ghent.
Your answers shape both the group and the sessions, so it is worth taking a few minutes over them.
Your place is confirmed once we receive your €95 deposit. We will be in touch within three working days with your invoice and joining details.
What's included
- The full retreat, from 14:00 on Wednesday 18 November to 13:00 on Friday 20 November
- A one-to-one coaching session with one of the facilitators
- All session materials and tools
- Two nights' accommodation in a single room at the abbey
- Full board, from Wednesday afternoon coffee through to Friday lunch
- A place in the Leadership Lab alumni circle
Not included: travel to and from Ghent. The abbey is ten minutes from Ghent-Sint-Pieters station and about an hour from Brussels.
The cohort is small, up to 15 people leading associations and nonprofits, and every participant has a one-to-one coaching session during the three days.
Your investment
- Founding rate, until 30 September: €1,650 net (€1,996.50 including 21% VAT)
- Standard rate, from 1 October: €1,950 net (€2,359.50 including 21% VAT)
EU businesses registered outside Belgium: reverse charge applies, so you pay the net price. Belgian organisations and private individuals pay the VAT-inclusive figure.
Payment and cancellation
- Payment. A €95 deposit confirms your place and comes off your fee. We invoice the balance on confirmation, payable within 30 days and in full before 18 November.
- Cancellation. Cancel by 7 October 2026 and we refund your fee in full, less the €95 deposit. After 7 October the fee is non-refundable, though you may transfer your place to a colleague at any point up to the retreat.
