    Thank you for your interest in becoming a concession (food/drink) vendor for Macomb Park District 2026 events. Please complete the following interest form to be considered for one or more events throughout the year. This vendor interest form may be submitted anytime but deadlines for event consideration end 3 weeks before the event date. If selected, our Superintendent of Events, will reach out with a vendor contract. Once signed and returned with all required documents, our vendor contract confirms an official booking. This form is not a vendor contract.

    We proudly prioritize and support local/regional vendors and welcome diverse food options to enhance our annual recreational offerings. There is no vendor fee for participating in Macomb Park District events. Please indicate which events you would like your business to be considered for. *Event descriptions are located below the selection list and food types are listed as general suggestions to show preferences but not limitations.
    • Event Descriptions 
    • Adult Egg Hunt -April 4th 6:30PM-9:30PM

      *ISO Food vendor and vendor with a catering liquor license "Relive this childhood favorite with a twist just for adults! Glow games, cash bar, live DJ, and flashlight easter egg hunt with prizes!" This event's attendance relies on required pre-registration.
    • Movie in the Park -*Varying dates & times

      *ISO of food/treat vendor for this event that brings hundreds of people together to enjoy an outdoor cinematic experience 3 times throughout the summer and early fall at Veterans Park. This opportunity is 3 separate events and may have 3 separate vendors.
    • Nature's Fireworks -July 11th 7:30PM-9:30PM

      This summer festival at Lakeview Nature Area brings in many families to celebrate the beauty of firefly season with lantern lit prairie labyrinth walks, seasonal books, creative activity stations, and a smores station at the cozy campfire.
    • Hogwash Slip & Slide Bash -July 25th 1PM-3PM

      ISO cold treats and light food for this Slip & Slide pop-up water park experience that families and people of all ages will enjoy at the Glenwood Park Shelter.
    • Touch A Truck -August 29th 11AM-2PM

      This hands on vehicular playscape at Veterans Park brings hundreds of families to explore various specialty vehicles and sensory activities. ISO of multiple vendors (food,treats,drinks,etc)
    • Run to the Rescue - September 5th 9AM-11AM

      Participants will run with their pet or in honor of their pet to support animals in need in the community while also providing an opportunity for adoptable pets to meet their future families! ISO breakfast, light refreshment, energy drinks, pup cup vendor and more!
    • Medieval Tourney -October 3rd 12PM-3PM

      This medieval sporting event at Lakeview Nature Area & Center is pre-registration only but will involve archery, catapult bowling, haybale throw, a medieval medley(relay race), and more. ISO food vendor (Turkey legs?) and catering liquor license holder (Mead/Ale?)
    • WW2 Living History Exhibit -October 9th/11th 11AM-5PM

      This WW2 reenactment at Veterans Park will bring people together for live demonstrations and historically accurate encampments. ISO food vendors, drink vendors, etc
    • Moonlight Meander -October 24th 6PM-8PM

      This fall festival at Lakeview Nature Area & Center brings families together to celebrate the arrival of fall with lantern lit prairie labyrinth walks, seasonal books, creative activity stations, and smores at the cozy campfire. ISO warm drink/snack vendor
    • Pumpkin Smash -November 7th 11AM-1PM

      This Post-Halloween pumpkin rage room event keeps pumpkin waste out of the landfills and recycles them into compost for local farmers! Participants will smash their jack-o-lanterns and pumpkin decor with bats or at other smashing stations. ISO warm drink/treats and/or food vendor
