Terms & Conditions – Vibe N Thrive Retreat 2026 ✨
1. Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at registration to secure your room.
Deposits are non-refundable, except for approved extenuating circumstances.

Remaining balance is due 14 days before the retreat start date.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

2. Extenuating Circumstances (Eligibility for Deposit Refund)
A partial or full refund may be granted only if one of the following occurs:

Documented medical emergency involving you or an immediate family member
Severe illness preventing travel
Natural disaster directly impacting your ability to attend
Death in the immediate family
Mandatory travel restrictions issued after booking
All refund requests require documentation and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Transfer Policy
If you cannot attend, your reservation may be transferred to another individual up to 48 hours before the retreat start date.
There is no transfer fee.

4. Room Types & Occupancy

Prices are per person based on occupancy.
Double and triple suites require appropriate sharing.
Guests booking shared options who do not have a roommate will be paired with another participant.

5. Safety & Personal Responsibility
By registering, you acknowledge that retreat activities may include light movement, emotional release work, and outdoor experiences. You participate voluntarily and assume full personal responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being.

8. Non-Medical Disclaimer
This retreat is NOT a replacement for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
