List Your Company in the Knockout Roofer Directory

This Roofer Directory Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Knockout Home Inspections, LLC (“Knockout”) and the undersigned roofing contractor (“Roofer”) for the purpose of allowing Knockout to publicly list Roofer on its Fortified Roofer Directory (“Directory”).

1. Roofer’s Certification & Good Standing

Roofer affirms and represents that:

1. Roofer is, to the best of their knowledge, in current good standing with IBHS.
2. Roofer is active, verified, and compliant within ProfileGorilla, including any required documentation, insurance, licensing, or continuing education.
3. Roofer understands and agrees that Knockout does not verify, audit, review, or maintain any IBHS, Fortified, State Licensing Board, or ProfileGorilla requirements on Roofer’s behalf.

Roofer agrees to notify Knockout in writing within 5 business days if their status with IBHS or ProfileGorilla changes, lapses, or becomes inactive.

2. Knockout’s Responsibility and Limitations

Roofer agrees and acknowledges that:

1. The Directory is strictly informational, created as a resource for homeowners.
2. Knockout makes no guarantee, certification, endorsement, or warranty regarding Roofer’s:
   • Licensing status
   • Insurance
   • IBHS standing
   • Fortified qualification
   • ProfileGorilla compliance
   • Workmanship or services
3. Knockout is not responsible to confirm or re-confirm Roofer’s good standing with IBHS, Fortified, or ProfileGorilla at any point.

The Roofer remains fully and solely responsible for maintaining all required approvals, licenses, insurance, credentials, and IBHS/ProfileGorilla standing.

3. Directory Is Not All-Inclusive

Roofer acknowledges that:

• The Directory is not all-inclusive or exclusive.
• Inclusion in the Directory does not guarantee homeowner referrals.
• Knockout may add, remove, or update entries at its discretion.
• Knockout is not obligated to list any roofer, nor maintain the list indefinitely.

 

4. Liability Release & Indemnification

Roofer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Knockout Inspections, LLC, including its owners, agents, and employees, from any claims, damages, liabilities, or disputes arising from:

• Roofer’s IBHS/ProfileGorilla status
• Any Fortified work performed by Roofer
• Misrepresentations made to Knockout or homeowners
• Any failure to maintain proper licensing or insurance

Roofer accepts full responsibility for all roofing services they provide to homeowners.

5. Permission to List Roofer

Roofer grants Knockout permission to list:

• Company name
• Contact information
• Service area
• Licensing numbers
• Website & social media links
• Public certifications (if applicable)

Roofer may request removal at any time.

6. Term & Termination

This Agreement is effective upon signing.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Knockout may remove Roofer from the Directory immediately if good standing cannot be confirmed.

7. Acknowledgment

By signing below, Roofer acknowledges:

✔ They have read this Agreement in full
✔ They understand Knockout does not verify or certify their IBHS/Fortified/ProfileGorilla status
✔ All statements they provide are true to the best of their knowledge
✔ They assume full responsibility for maintaining compliance
