2026 College Scholarship Program - Personal Reference Form
The Red River Communications College Scholarship program recognizes and encourages the academic achievements of the students within our service territory by helping defray the costs of furthering their education.

This reference is to be completed by the person the student selects to be their reference: a teacher, guidance counselor, local community leader, or someone who is not a family member.

The references are DUE March 13th, 2026. Any late references will disqualify the scholarship application.
