Please bring with you to your appointment:
- Social security cards for everyone on the return
- Identification cards (Adults)
- Bank info if you are wanting a direct deposit or direct pay of a refund/obligation.
- All applicable tax forms (W2, 1099, etc)
- If joint return, both spouses must be there to sign return.

- Rental income
- Farming income
- We can do basic business taxes! (No inventory, Cost of goods sold, employees, net loss, business use of home, few other nuances)
- Non-resident returns
- Certain things on a K-1
