Same-Day Apostille Request

Same day apostille requests are processed the same-day for orders received by 11:00 am EST. (Excludes weekends and holidays)

Completed apostilles are shipped on the same say via UPS Next-Day Air.

The main difference between an apostille on a digital copy versus the original document is, the digital copy is notarized and apostilled in the same state, but not necessarily the state the document originated in. See examples below.

Example of an apostille on your original document: A Florida birth certificate will have a Florida apostille. A Georgia marriage certificate will have a Georgia apostille, etc....

Example of an apostille on a digital copy of your document: The scan of a Florida birth certificate will have a New York or California Notarizaion and apostille attached to your scanned document.

If you require an apostille from the same state in which your document was issued, you may not use our same day service. Please order our 5-business day apostille service.

New York documents will have a California Apostille attached, and California documents will have a New York apostille attached.

Apostilles on digital copies are widely accepted internationally, however it is important that acceptace is verified with the requesting party prior to ordering this service.
