After submitting this form, please return to our website and click Book Now. You will then select your practitioner and schedule your session directly on their booking calendar.
Once you choose your practitioner and appointment time, you will be required to place a non-refundable deposit to secure your session. This deposit will be applied toward your service at the time of your appointment. Because appointment times are limited, please submit the deposit only if you are certain you wish to book a service.
By submitting this form, you understand and agree to the following:
• Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit is required at the time of booking through the Book Now page. All deposits are non-refundable. Please be sure you intend to book a session before making a payment.
• Cancellation Policy
We require a one-week cancellation notice for any scheduled session. Your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. Any cancellations after the first one will result in forfeiting your deposit.
