• National ID card (EU/EEA/Swiss applicants)
• Birth certificate (British/Irish citizen only) + supporting document (e.g., HMRC letter, NI proof)

Please upload your last 3 months’ bank statements
These are required to assess affordability and confirm income.

Statements must show:

• Full name
• Address
• Account activity
• Salary or benefit payments received
• Outgoings (rent, bills, loans, etc.)

Please upload evidence of your income.
Upload ONE of the following depending on your situation:

If employed:

• Last 3 months’ payslips
• Employment contract (optional)
• Employer reference letter (optional)

If self-employed:

• Last HMRC SA302
• Full tax year overview
• Recent accountant’s letter
• 6 months’ business bank statements (optional)

If other income:

• Pension statement
• Investment income statement
• Court-ordered payments

• I give consent for DY Property Services to collect, store, and process my personal data, including sensitive information such as Right to Rent documents, income information, and credit history.
• I authorise DY Property Services to contact my current and previous landlords, employers, guarantors, and referees for verification purposes.
• I consent to tenant referencing checks being carried out by DY Property Services or a third-party referencing provider acting on their behalf.
• I understand that my data will be stored securely and only shared where necessary to process this application, create a tenancy agreement, or comply with legal requirements (e.g., Right to Rent).
• I understand that my information will be retained for up to 6 years after the end of any resulting tenancy, in line with legal and financial record-keeping requirements.
• I understand that I have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of my data at any time, unless retention is required by law.
• I confirm that the information provided is true and complete, and I understand that giving false or misleading information may result in my application being declined.
• I agree to the above GDPR and data-processing terms.
