Idaho competitors planning to pick up at the Boise Corrals MUST attach a completed BLM adoption application (online corral applications and previously approved applications will not be accepted for this event). If the competitor and the adopter are not the same person, please have the adopter provide a copy of their application to attach. Please note that competitors under the age of 18 will need to have their horse or burro adopted by an adult who meets the BLM requirements.

Please note that adult competitors who are not the named adopter of the eligible horse or burro will need to have the adopter present at pick up to complete paperwork. The adopter MUST be present at pick-up to complete paperwork.

**Open pick-up from another BLM holding facility or event or from a Forever Branded Adoption Center will be an option for this event for competitiors unable to pick-up from the Boise Corrals on the provided date(s) (TBD), HOWEVER that pick-up period will not open until a week after the Boise Corral pick-up.**

By signing below, I am stating the following:
1. I agree to and will abide by the rules and regulations.
2. I am aware and agree that participation in this event is by invitation ONLY: the managers and promoters of the event have the right to determine eligibility and can, at any time and or remove a contestant from the event for any or no reason at all. I am also stating that all questions answered above have been answered honestly by the trainer applying for this competition.
3. I hereby waive, release and discharge, Forever Branded (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization) and/or their affiliates, volunteers, representatives and employees from all liability, and any and all possible causes of action in law or in equity that may result from any injury to me(including death), my facilities, or anyone in my care caused by the negligence or other actionable conduct of Forever Branded or their affiliates, volunteers, representatives or employees.
4. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless for damages, attorney fees and expenses resulting from an injury to me (including death), my facilities, or anyone in my care.

Humane Care & Treatment Policy
Every animal shall, at all times, be treated humanely and with dignity, respect and compassion. Any trainer using abusive or excessive training techniques or being inhumane to a mustang or burro in his/her care determined by the managers and promoters of the event, may be removed from the contest and/or all future events and training programs hosted under the Forever Branded name. If a participant’s animal enters the contest or if the trainer/participant at any time presents an animal with questionable training/care related injuries (determined excessive or abusive by a panel assigned by the Branded Bonanza promoters) the participant/trainer may be removed from the event and/or all future events.

The following list includes but is not limited to examples of unacceptable behavior and training techniques:
1. No mustang/burro appearing to be emaciated, drawn or injured may be exhibited.
2. Use of or evidence of inhumane training techniques or methods such as striking an animal with objects, excessive spurring and/or jerking of reins.
3. Any inhumane treatment that results in wounds.
Additionally, Forever Branded promotes and encourages the following examples of sound, compassionate, and successful training techniques and mustang/burro handling methods:
1. Mustang/Burro and trainer exhibiting solid relationship based on respect and understanding.
2. A calm and willing partnership between mustang/burro and trainer, regardless of the obstacle or environmental challenge during competition or training phases.
3. Trainer maintains a credible level of dignity for the mustang/burro during all phases of training and competition.
4. Trainers are expected to seek and employ methods of horsemanship in order to promote and encourage the positive relationship between mustang/burro and trainer.
5. Training techniques should demonstrate a strong bond between mustang/burro and trainer.
I understand that by signing below, I am agreeing to the above policy and, should a determination be made that I have violated any part of this policy, I may lose the privilege of competiting in this event and others hosted by Forever Branded.

Film & Video Release
As a trainer or competitor in this competition, or the competitor's legal guardian, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, give to Forever Branded and Branded Bonanza promoters permission, unrestricted permission to copyright and/or use, and/or publish photographic, or video format, materials of myself and my animal. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with an image that has been taken of me by the promoters of Branded Bonanza.

I further release Forever Branded, the production company, volunteers, and other affiliates, from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use of these images unless it can be shown that said reproduction was maliciously caused, produced and published for the sole purpose of subjecting myself to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn and dignity. I acknowledge that the videotaping/photography session was conducted in a complete proper and highly professional manner, and this release was willingly agreed to. I certify that I am not a minor and am free and able to give such consent.
