By signing below, you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You understand that submitting this application does not guarantee approval, placement, or selection for any photoshoot, brand partnership or opportunity.
If accepted, you understand that you are not being signed as FantasyHQ talent. Instead, you will be granted access to participate as an unsigned talent, which may still include participation or registration fees depending on the brand or event. All costs will always be communicated clearly and upfront so you can make informed decisions.
You acknowledge that each photoshoot, event, etc. has its own expectations, guidelines, and requirements, and that your participation may be adjusted or discontinued if those standards or agreements change.
FantasyHQ is committed to transparency. Any future expectations-such as schedules, deliverables, compensation arrangements, or collaborations-will always be discussed openly and confirmed with mutual consent. Nothing will be imposed without your agreement.
To protect all parties, you agree to keep internal details, campaign information, and private collaboration terms confidential. You also agree not to contact partner brands, photographers, etc. directly for opportunities unless FantasyHQ gives written permission.
