Please note all fees are to be paid in full prior to the shoot and are non-refundable.

Please arrive camera ready as there will be no hair and makeup services provided.

You will be booked a time slot for your photoshoot (between 3:45pm-7pm) once you have paid for the shoot. Please allow 30 minutes for your shoot.

Submission of this application form will require FULL payment to secure your position.

The total fee is payable even though you may be absent from the shoot date. If you miss the shoot date you are unable to make it up at a later date unless negotiated prior to shoot commencement.
