  • Important Note:

    1. For Exhibitors with additional order, please complete this form and return it on or before Friday, 6 March 2026.

    2. As furniture is limited, please order in advance by 6 March 2026 to enjoy early bird rates. Standard rates will apply from 7 March 2026.

      Early Bird Rate  On or before 6 March 2026
      Standard Rate 7 March 2026 - 9 April 2026

    3. All items are on rental basis only. All orders must be accompanied with proof of remittance. Orders without payment will not be entertained. Full payment is due before installation and delivery.

    4. Facilities and services not indicated on the forms are subject to quotation and availability. 24 hours electrical supply must be ordered separately on individual job basis.

    5. In the case of damage, stain or scratch on the equipment rented after use, a damage charge of the actual product price will be imposed on the exhibitior.

    6. Cancellation of orders must be submitted in writing. There will be no refund for any cancellation.

    7. A cancellation fee of 50% will be imposed on the respective confirmed items cancelled on or before 6 March 2026.

    8. A cancellation fee of 100% will be imposed on the respective items cancelled between 7 March 2026 to 9 April 2026.
