Our Membership Fee Levels
(Please note: membership fees are not transferable and association memberships are for the person not the school)
During 2023, the department reviewed the Professional Membership procedure that guides how association memberships are to be managed. This procedural review has resulted in the need to make a slight change to the SBMAQ Membership structure. This change will be implemented for 2024 membership renewals onwards and will be officially included in our associatians constitution.
It should be noted, there is still a requirement for members to make a compulsory personal contribution for your professional membership which will be $50. This personal membership fee cannot be paid for by your school. From 2024 the optional $125 professional development fee will continue to be payable by the school and will come with additonal inclusions or benefits.
We do encourage all new members to pay the professional development fee to ensure SBMAQ can contine to fully support you in your role.
