Important Note:

1. Please complete this form and submit on or before Friday, 27 February 2026. This form is required prior to entry.
   
   
2. Before an appointed contractor is permitted to start work, they would have to pay the required non-refundable Administrative Fee of MYR 35 per square meter plus 8% SST to the Official Stand Contractor, Pico Art International Pte Ltd and adhere to an undertaking guarantee to conduct proper schedule of work and observance of the exhibition hall regulations.
   
   
3. Appointed contractors would also have to pay a Refundable Performance Bond of MYR 3,000 (stand below 36sqm) per stand or MYR 5,000 (stand 36sqm and above) per stand to the Official Stand Contractor, Pico Art International Pte Ltd. This deposit is to ensure that the rules and regulations are abided by and to cover any damages arising directly or indirectly from any infringement. This is without prejudice to any additional claims Terrapinn Pte Ltd may have on your contractor and/or you if the damages exceed the deposit.
   
   
4. The Appointed Contractor will only be allowed to bring in exhibition materials and commence work when the contractor has paid for the administrative fee and performance bond to the Official Stand Contractor and is holding onto a valid Event I.D.
   
   
5. Should you require to work beyond the time stipulated, Overtime Charges will be applicable. You will be requested to make payment immediately via Cash onsite, in local currency to proceed with work.
   
   
6. No Pay, No Entry is strictly implemented.
