Important Note:

1. For Exhibitors with additional lighting and electrical order, please complete this form and return it on or before Friday, 6 March 2026.

2.  As equipment is limited, please order in advance by 6 March 2026 to enjoy early bird rates. Standard rates will apply from 7 March 2026.

3. All items are on rental basis only. All orders must be accompanied with proof of remittance. Orders without payment will not be entertained. Full payment is due before installation and delivery.

4. Facilities and services not indicated on the forms are subject to quotation and availability. 24 hours electrical supply must be ordered separately on individual job basis.

5. Cancellation of orders must be submitted in writing. There will be no refund for any cancellation.

6. Strictly no extension cords or multipoint connection are allowed in the Exhibition Hall.

7. A cancellation fee of 50% will be imposed on the respective confirmed items cancelled on or before 6 March 2026.

8. A cancellation fee of 100% will be imposed on the respective items cancelled between 7 March 2026 to 9 April 2026.

Please note the following before selecting electrical requirement for build-up and exhibition days:

3. Power supply circuit breaker does not come with any extension. Should you require socket connections, please order in the options below.
   
   
4. Any illegal connection or adaptation found will be subject to electrical termination without prior notification and any penalty charges to be borned by Exhibitor. The standard supply is 220V or 380V with approximately 10% fluctuation. For the safety of your equipment, please use a stabilizer.
