For Airweb projects, the following standards apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Data Upload: All captured data must be uploaded the same day as capture
- Upload Issues: If the Dropbox upload cannot be completed for any reason, the operator must upload the data to another cloud storage service and provide Airweb Digital with a working download link the same day as capture.
- Quality Control: Airweb Digital typically completes QC within 1–2 business days after data is delivered
- Payment: Payment is issued within 10 business days after receipt of a valid invoice. Most invoices are paid within 4 business days
- Invoicing: Operators must send an online payable invoice that allows payment by card
- Job Requirements: The operator is responsible for reviewing and following the complete scope of work, capture requirements, naming conventions, and upload instructions provided for the project
- Issues or Delays: Any issue that could affect capture, data quality, upload, or the agreed schedule must be communicated to Airweb Digital as soon as possible
