We’re now taking vendor applications for this brand-new Easter weekend celebration — set to become one of Auckland’s must-visit and best-value family events.

Food/Dessert Vendors
1 Day: $400
5 Days: $1600

Coffee/Drinks Vendors (NO HOT FOOD)
1 Day: $250
5 Days: $750

Retail Vendors (3x3m site)
1 Day: $100
5 Days: $400

Face Painter
1 Day: $225
5 Days: $750

Power
1 Day: $50 per outlet required
5 Days: $125 per outlet required

Saturday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Monday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Cancellation & Payment Policy
By applying for the Kumeu Easter Festival event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment
All site fees are due 30 days prior to the event.
Bookings are not secured until payment has been received.
No pay-on-the-day options are available (to ensure fairness and planning for all vendors).

2. Cancellations & Credits
30+ days before event: Full refund or credit (your choice).
15–29 days before event: Credit only (transferable to another event within 6 months).
Less than 15 days before event or no-show: No refund or credit. A full fee cancellation fee applies.

3. Non-Payment
Failure to pay by the due date will result in your application being cancelled.
If you attend without payment, this will be treated as a breach of agreement and fees will still be due in full. Legal recovery may be pursued if required.

4. Agreement
By submitting your application, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
