Each workshop in this series is a one-hour, bitesize introduction to the theme of the day. Together, we’ll explore mental wellbeing through three key elements:
🧠 Knowledge building: Learn what’s happening in your brain and how it affects your mind and body.
✍️ Reflective activities: Take time to pause, look inward, and consider the changes you’d like to make.
🛠 Coping techniques: Build a practical toolbox of strategies to help you stay grounded and calm in everyday life.
The sessions link nicely together as a package. They can also be done as standalone workshops, so you can book whatever works for you.
The workshops will be held:
- On the last Wednesday of each month, February to July 2026
- At 7.15pm - 8.15pm
- At Blacksmith's Barn, Bredhust, ME7 3JU.
