All hotel & guesthouse rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Hotel and guesthouse rates are per room, per night and include full English breakfast except for SUN1 whose rates are room only, no breakfast included.
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation value is required upon receipt of first invoice with the remaining 50% to be settled thirty (30) days prior to arrival. The deposits may be paid either by bank electronic bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form. Full payment is required to finalise your reservation.
For all group bookings (10 rooms or more), 50% deposit of the total reservation value to be paid within fourteen (14) days of first invoice, the outstanding 50% to be settled thirty (30) days prior to the first arrival.
All incidental charges to be settled upon departure from the establishment.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted to Turners DMC in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted or deemed valid.
The non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) will be forfeited in respect of all cancellations received on or before 21 December 2026.
For cancellations received on or after 21 December 2026, the following cancellation penalties shall apply:
- 90 to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
- 30 to 0 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: One hundred percent (100%) cancellation fees shall apply, and no refund will be issued.
An amendment fee of ZAR 115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 15th March 2026.
Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
